In Eastwood Building Co. we found the builder with the lot!
This was our first foray into a development that required Planning Permits, Subdivision and all of the common pitfalls that come with dealing with the associated authorities. Not only was the team willing but very able to not only guide but assist us from the initial stages all the way through to completion.
Their approach of allowing the client to review all selections, with plenty of time to make small changes to match our needs, really helped keep the process to a minimum of fuss and maximum enjoyment.
So much so that we are now in planning stages of our next development
