Fraught with many obstacles, this project almost never saw the light of day. Town planning applications, dispensations and a VCAT hearing were all experienced prior to Eastwood's involvement.

Through early dealings with the client it became apparent that what was proposed was not in keeping with their wants and needs. Eastwood took it upon themselves to assist the client in realising what would now potentially be the best house in the street.
